RIF2RISE offers free, short-term, virtual coaching sessions as a supportive resource for individuals navigating workforce transition. These sessions are designed to meet you where you are—whether you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, curious about what’s next, or simply in need of space to think out loud.

To receive coaching hour credit toward ICF certification requirements, coaches must log and report specific session information to the International Coaching Federation. This includes:
